Spring Pictures 2012

This year for mother's day Thomas and I took our beautiful little girls to get their pictures taken for my mom. I thought they turned out great. Have you ever seen two little girls more precious then this??

This little girl looks identical to her chubby daddy when he was a baby.

Ah... Loves

My Favorite One

Ella started getting cranky and the photographer caught this picture. So precious.

And here is where it went down hill. The hair pull.

Ella was so upset and could not believe that Melody would pull her hair!

Can You Say College Grad?!!

This guy is officially a college graduate! Last Friday Taylor graduated from the University of Utah with his degree in occupational therapy!! I know that the last four years have been insanely stressful and difficult but we can now say that it is over and it's all going to be worth it!

Taylor -
Ella and I are both so proud of everything that you have accomplished. You finished school and manged to work almost full time, raise a daughter and be a husband all at the same time. We love you so much! Congratulations!

7 Years

This past weekend Taylor and I hit our 7 year anniversary. Every year that passes I say the same things but they are all so true. First, I can't believe we have been married for 7 years already! Time flies when you are having fun. Second, I love Taylor more then he will ever know. I know that I don't always express it the way that I should but, honestly, how can you express that much love? :)  And last but not least, I'm am married to my best friend. I know people say that all the time but, Taylor and I go back so far and have so much friendship and history together. I don't know anyone else who can say that they basically grew up falling in love with their spouse. We are so lucky to have all of that history. I know that we also have a great future to look forward to. Happy Anniversary Babe!!

Why Isn't Your Baby Walking??

Trust me, if I knew I would tell everyone but I'm as lost as you all are. Ella will be 15 months old next week and she has zero interest in walking. In fact she screams, cries and throws a full on tantrum if you try to get her to walk. I know that she is only 15 months old and that she will walk in her own time. I'm not as bothered by the fact that she doesn't walk yet nearly as much as I am bothered by the criticism that I'm receiving from people. If one more person tells me that I don't put the effort in to making her walk or that I obviously hold her too much, I'm going to blow up. First of all, you can not MAKE a child walk. We try working with her at home and at daycare but if she doesn't want to, then she won't. Secondly, who are you to tell me I hold my child too much? Do you live in my house? Obviously not or you would know that my kid really doesn't get held much at all. She is perfectly content scooting around on her hands and knees and ruining every pair of pants that she owns. If I held her more then perhaps the knees of her pants wouldn't always be black. I know that this was kind of a vent session post but I'm really so tired of hearing it from everyone. Thanks to those to cared enough to listen to my little rant.
